No constraints other than min difficulty limit (9) and max (14), as well as length (under 2:45 or so)
The only folks competing against each other are the folks submitting each difficulty N (so all the peeps submitting 10s would be up against each other)
Everyone votes on everything, though (X dimobux per difficulty, or similar)
Top 2 per difficulty 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 will make it through (so 12 charts) to the final pack.
To determine $ payout, the 12 charts will all go into a single-elim bracket and we’ll vote on each matchup. Dimobux values from the first round of voting will determine seed order). Top 3 get paid

You must step a SPOOKY SONG UNDER 2:30, ITG DIFFICULTY 9-14.

Voting Categories:

Must collaborate with one other person (only)
dimo will have many genres on a wheel. These genres will come via the community (via survey) in our Discord.
We will privately spin the wheel for each team (you two + dimo) and your team will be required to step a song in that genre for the round. Only your teams and dimo will (privately) have the genre data.
15 votes (“dimobux”) granted to each individual per entry (each of you has 15 votes)
- 2 weeks to make file (because collaborating), 2 weeks to vote. If you do not vote by the 2 week deadline your file will be DQd from prize money contention + you will lose 5 total votes from your file. (-10 for a team round like this if you both don’t vote)
- May spend 5 votes max per file
- Cannot vote for own entry

Songs only from non-Bemani rhythm games. The game must have music or rhythm as a core component of its gameplay. Unless their authors/specific artists have specifically requested you don’t make customs (see: Arcaea), and it has not ever, nor currently, been in Bemani, it’s GOOD!
